I am looking for video editing software that able to give effect such as bounce, fade,etc to text, image and etc, and also transition.

I think Davinci Resolve has a free option, not sure on the limitations.
Blender is free and although primarily a 3D modelling/rendering/animation suite actually has a very feature rich and powerful video editing aspect with support for Python scripting, multiple audio and video tracks and plugins. There are plenty of blender video tutorials online as well.
