Frequent BSOD

Good day

I've been having a BSOD a lot recently. It doesn't matter if I'm gaming or browsing on the internet. First, the internet will go out then the mouse will get laggy, then after that the BSOD will occur. The BSOD screen will appear quickly then it will restart my laptop. It doesn't give me enough time to see the error code.
additional note:
I reset the laptop this morning but after resetting, it didn't resolve the BSOD issue.

Update: After the BSOD happened yesterday the pc couldn't detect the boot drive anymore. After I opened the back lid of the laptop to check if the m.2 was fried, the thermal pad of it was out of place. After I placed the thermal pad in the right place and removed the dust, the pc booted normally and the BSOD didn't happen anymore. Hopefully, that was the problem and didn't damage other components.
