Hi,

Over the last two weeks, I have been experiencing BSODs a few times a day and have been unable to determine the cause.

Here is what I have already tried:
1. Completely reset the computer using "Reset this PC"
2. Ran "Windows Memory Diagnostic"
3. Ran "Disk Check Utility (CHKDSK)"
4. Ran "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth"
5. Ran "sfc /scannow"

None of these steps have solved the problem, not even the complete system reset.

I have attached the diagnostic files required for analysis, but I am unable to interpret them myself. Since I am not an advanced user, I have completely run out of options.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

To post a BSOD issue, gather required files, put them all in one folder, zip the folder. Then upload zipped folder to any cloud provider and post a SHARED link to the folder here. @zbook can then analyze the issue.

1) Please post a link for computer support (AZW SER8 V10) : drivers and BIOS

2) How come the new installation is using volume activation

3) Add WMIC:

Administrative command prompt:

Code:
DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:WMIC~~~~

3) Run Tuneup plus >post a share link

4) Open a support ticket / forum thread with Beelink to see if they have a new BIOS / Chipset drivers to fix problems with AMD chipset drivers (AMD GPIO Controller) and/or BIOS

Hi zbook,

It seems that Beelink and AMD had a compatibility problem that seems to be solved.

---

---------

Please see my OneDrive shared folder for new files:

----------

I will make the BIOS update according to the Beelink instructions as explained in the pdf file:

SER8-V035_P8C0M0C15_16-Solve-Chipset-driver-compatibility-issue-Use-USB-to-flash-BIOS.pdf

BUT I have a problem understanding point 7 in the instructions.

It stated: "7. Type Flash, press tab, then press enter"

What is meant with "Type Flash"?
In the screenshot I can read "fec" in the red rectangle at the bottom of the screenshot.

Please give me some more detailed instructions about what to do with "Type Flash, press tab, then press enter"

Thank you

I have added the log file on my OneDrive folder (see link above).

2) How come the new installation is using volume activation

I am not sure what you mean. I didn't get a serial number or something like that for the windows activation. The Windows 11 Pro activation seems to be stored on my Microsoft 365 account. When I reinstall Windows 11 using "Rest this PC" the activation of Windows is done automatically whiteout any actions I have to do.
