get rid of "open file security" warning message

Hello. How I completely and permanently get rid of "open file security warning message" ?

I tried "never notify" in UAC but it's not working.

  1. Press Win + R, type inetcpl.cpl, and press Enter.
  2. Go to the Security tab, select Internet, then click Custom level....
  3. Scroll down to Launching applications and unsafe files and set it to Enable (not secure).
  4. Click OK, then Apply.
I do not suggest this global method as it reduces security. I prefer to manually unblock any file I download by clicking on the file's properties and checking its 'unblock' box. I certainly do not suggest that anyone disable UAC.
