Hello guys, where do I disable this rectangular highlight on context menus? I think I messed up with some settings.

Mine don't have that outline of Task Manager [Desktop Pro, Desktop Home, Notebook Pro], I don't use anything that changes the default as I have to see what my clients see.

Usually, you'll only see the highlight if you press the Tab or one of the arrow keys to select an item in the context menu.

Under Accessibility -> Keyboard there is an option to always underline access keys even when not holding Alt. Disabling that option should get rid of the rectangular highlight too

I don't see it on Task Manager, but I get it (every day just after startup) in my Home (Quick Access) list. I'd like to abolish it, too, but it's no big deal.

Nope. Mine's off, and I still get the highlight.

@fruh: The right-click Start button menu (aka the Power Menu) IS a taskbar context menu.
@kelper: Nope. No changed theme; no tweaking programs.

Sorry for the late reply. Yes, I do have some tweaking programs, but it's all good now.

Manage to get rid of it by just changing to another theme. I think this app (Auto Dark Mode) is the culprit.

Same thing happens to me. On some things I open (calc, explorer, jump list etc ...). I don't remember having this on W10.

Instead of disable it, is a way to change rectangle color ?
