Google window not opening full

Hi
No matter what i do expand etc goggle opens 1/4 screen when opening tried expanding after opening to full screen works then when reopening still 1/4 screen?

Can you click in the topmost bar of the Google window and drag to the left so as to see the icons/symbols in the upper right corner of the screen? If so click the middle one to Maximize the window. Maximize is not the same as Full Screen. Clicking that middle icon Maximizes the window, click again Restores it. Pressing F11 gets Full Screen [different from Maximized] fills the screen by hiding Toolbars, Status bars and the Taskbar to give more screen room to a program, pressing F11 again or the Esc key puts it back to normal.

You posted the same issue with Edge browser in January, it seems to me it's time for you to do a full Windows reinstall to address this and your myriad of other issues.

Not if you back it all up first, make sure all your internet browsers are signed in and your history and passwords will be safe.

You could also do an InPlace upgrade that will repair your installation without losing data.

Or, OP could try "Fix problems using Windows Update" @ Settings > System > Recovery. Very easy, and it might do the trick. Or not. One never knows, does one?

Size and Position your Window.

Press and hold Ctrl key then click cross X top right to close Window.

That saves the settings, and the Window will reopen again in the Size and Position you saved.

Great it worked for google but not EDGE only opens 1/2 page

on the top bar of edge .. between the tab on the left and the buttons on the right
place your mouse pointer and then use the right click button
this will open a menu

on this menu you can click
maximise or resize

please try the maximise first.
