But rebuilt. Keep in mind this is from the man that created the original TM. And is adding fixes daily

I really do not care about that.

He left Microsoft in 2003 so this is not something officially made by the Windows team.

You should point out to people that this is still in beta for those that do not want to install beta apps on their machine.
