hdcp compliant display?

ok, so I'm on the home stretch of getting the new build squared away..but I've hit a potential deal breaker with the monitors.

...is it hdcp compliant.
kind of important.

I plan to watch a fair few movies on this build via an external blu-ray drive I own.

the problem.

1080p native resolution playback requires hdcp.
the manufacturer's website doesn't list this on the technical specifications for the display panel.
how do I determine if a display panel is hdcp compliant short of actually buying the darn thing?

AOC claims it supports HDCP, revision 1.4, over both its HDMI and DP inputs. 24G2SP 23.8’’ IPS GAMING MONITOR (Search the page for HDCP, if necessary.)

I'm a little surprised that it's a native 6 bit panel (8 bits with FRC), but that's OK.

and its not showing up because of reasons -shrugs- in any event..had to switch monitors due to low stock count at microcenter for the last one.
