What can I do when i downloaded my photos from I-PHONE To desktop i see some say does not support HEIC format?

Install the HEIF extension from the MS store

No the extension only allows you to open/view heic files. It would be a fairly trivial powershell script to convert them to another format

OR change your phone options to take photos in jpeg format rather than HEIC as was told to you in another thread about this same issue.

I do the latter so that any photo I email to someone can be opened on the other end. Most people do not have the HEIC extension installed on their computer so they can't open any photo I send them in the HEIC format. JPEG is universal. Anyone can open it from any device.

Tried what, where??? Is that image from your iPhone or from your computer? Background text appears to be from this thread so might suggest attempting conversion on your computer? What program are you trying to use to convert? Why not change the phone settings as was already suggested?

There are multiple convertors online for this, I'd be surprised if they all don't work.
