Help needed with audio drivers.

I have MSI MPG X570 Gaming Pro Carbon Wifi motherboard. MSI has only A-Volute/Nahimic crapware which I'm going to avoid to the end so I was hoping there's some other way to get Realtek drivers. The mobo supports ALC1220 driver but such driver is not available on Realtek website. I tried to download 64bit driver for W10 but due to the extremely low dl speed (15 to 20kbps) I canceled downloading. Atm I'm using Windows' generic sound driver. All help and ideas are very welcome.

PS: Why Realtek offers 5 years old drivers?

I would be glad to have such a thread, I have a Z270 Taichi motherboard from Asrock and Windows 11,( though unsupported CPU) and I don't have any options in audio settings to control bass etc of my 2.1 speaker-system. I would appreciate such a thread or a tutorial to install/update Realtek drivers !

I have the X570 Godlike. Do you want RealTek at all? I've been letting Windows install the RealTek drivers it needs for audio, and using DTS:X 2 (through my SteelSeries headphones) or Atmos for pretty much everything, and Nahimic is no longer on my system.

MSI hasn't posted anytyhing newer than 9057 for the RealTek, and I got tired of updating nearly every week - last clean install I just didn't install it, and Windows handled it (and still does) like a charm, for a chance.

@johnlgalt: the French website Station Drivers does the best job of keeping up with leading-edge drivers of any site I know. They've got MSI drivers up through v9326.1. Cant see specific mention of Nahimic stuff, though...

Anyway, Gigabyte did post Windows 11 drivers for my Gigabyte Z390 board, on Oct 5, 2021. Installed driver date is listed as 8/17/2021
