Could happen as the disk have to spin back up, this could cause delay.

i am running a nvme as boot and other hard drive bluestacks tends to cause a spike and some of its file are on the hard drive only happens on start up the program.

Freebooter i have installed a wifi card only place i could put it as it is a fast wifi card not it is putting small pressure on the graphics card plastic bit .
would you think that would be ok or would it be a issue?.

How come its side way you are not blocking the fan so it should be okay.

that is a place where you could mount a gpu vertically
but only ones with 2 slot while the 4080 super takes up three. so i could only put it there as the pci location would block the fan if i installed there is used a small adapter connection to connect it sideways . i though it would be ok too since it is only touching the plastic :).
