Highlighted text disappears

I've noticed that anything I highlight on the right click menu for some system shortcut icons becomes almost invisible. The same thing occasionally happens when I right click on a file in File Explorer. Anybody know if this is just a setting problem or a bug?

This is still a problem in Windows 11 Insider DEV and Beta versions. Anything I highlight on a right-click menu disappears. Changing Hilight Text color settings in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors makes no difference. Hilight color is set for the usual Microsoft blue (0 120 215), but shows as white instead.
