Hotmail/MSN spam

I get tons of SPAM in my Hotmail Junk folder, daily. Doesn't go to Inbox. I accept it as the price to pay for a free e-mail account.

Mine isn't free - I pay £15 a year and get masses of foul spam and junk. I guess hotmail and outlook accounts dominate the numbers and have perhaps been around the longest, so that's probably why they get more spam. But agree it should be managed better.

This sounds interesting - use gmail to filter out hotmail spam!

Must suck. This is why I've been using Gmail for years without issues and I really love its Labels and Filtering features. I have like 30 different labels and filters with certain rule sets and my inbox is clean as hell. Makes work a breeze.

I have a gmail account as well, which isn't used as much but I find it very confusing not having folders - the labels thing doesn't work for me.
