In windows 11 25H2 it is not possible to change the pictogram of an standard direcory, anyone no's if this is possible ?

Yes, the ability to customize those is not available from the GUI folder pane.
You can try IconPackager for those.
Try it for 30 days, make your changes and then uninstall the software.
