How can I remove Windows Security warnings in bulk?

Windows 11 Pro Windows Security found this threats that are probably harmless, it's because I created a bootable thumbdrive with Medicat, a tool to fix PCs. I did an offline scan and I'm getting this in Windows Security:
How can I to remove all these warnings or at least allow allow all of them in bulk, instead of one by one (there are many)?
I emptied the recycle bin to no avail.

Any help much appreciated

The thing detected is what holds all you're autolog passwords etc etc, Secrets basically for windows, If someone gets that it could be curtains, Depending on whats on the pc that is. However medicat does say that there might be false positives so its one of those, Usually can click learn more and then either allow or quarantine
