Hi all,
I heard Windows 11 25H2 was publicly available but my ThinkCentre M900x Tiny Desktop is not receiving the update notice. The computer is currently Windows 10 and I am looking for a way to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 25H2 on this unsupported hardware.
I already tried running the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, but it stops with the “This PC can't run Windows 11” error. I heard there are registry tweaks or custom tools that can bypass the hardware checks, but not sure which method works best for 25H2 specifically.
Can anyone share a working method (step-by-step if possible) for upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11 25H2 on unsupported hardware — preferably without doing a clean install?
This desktop is powered by Intel i7-6700 processor, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD.
