Solved How Do i Get Rid Of IT

Totally uninstall AVG. Windows Defender should take over so don’t worry. See if that makes a difference, if not just reinstall it.
The IT popup issue is still a conundrum if you did a thorough search for policies associated with your PC

I’ve never tried this:

  • Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
  • Type:
    gpresult /h "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\GPReport.html" /f
    Press Enter
  • This creates a report on your desktop called GPReport.html. Open it in a browser to see detailed Group Policy settings.

You can't run a CMD command with an environment %PATH% variable inside PowerShell. The PS equivalent is:
Code:
gpresult /h "$env:USERPROFILE\Desktop\GPReport.html" /f

if you're just trying to see all applied policies...

CMD as Admin:

See User Policies
Code:
gpresult /Scope User /v

See Computer Policies
Code:

or skip Command Prompt and just run
rsop.msc

Also - you stated you reset all GPOs but didnt say what you did to do so... if you didn't do this, then do it:

Reset User Policies
Code:
rd /s /q "%windir%\System32\GroupPolicyUsers"

Reset Computer Policies

rd /s /q "%windir%\System32\GroupPolicy"

From what program???? Sounds like malware to me (which includes remnants of AVG designed to be left behind if not properly uninstalled) and given the range of problems elucidated so far, I suspect your system is close to .. if not already .. seriously compromised.
