Get rid of the Win11 strange white & red "Route Stop" icon

This icon appears when you try to move a file onto an application or move it to the taskbar,
on the taskbar it looks grey over white though.

To get rid of that Icon would result in people thinking there was a bug in Windows.
Perfectly sensible Icon indicating an invalid Drag and Drop move.

If you don't like the colour combo then change the colour of the Task Bar.

Settings > Personalisation > Colours > Dark or Custom mode.

No need for any screenshot, I see exactly what you mean in Light mode.
