Aren't .bat files Windows batch files containing Windows command lines? They are not games so not sure what you mean.

Please do not take offense but I agree. I can not see how a bat file can be used to 'make a game'. Command line files can be used for nefarious reasons so I don't think anyone here would want to contribute to the possibility of anyone doing so. At least, I don't. I can not stop such things happening but I don't have to be of part of it. Others may feel differently.

You could post it as a .txt extension so people could see the code. They could then copy to notepad and 'save as' changing name and extension to .bat

You can use 7-Zip to put the .bat and any other files it may need (such as a readme.txt) in a self-extracting archive. Or just put them all in a single .zip file to download, and let then extract it themselves.

i solved it my self Pojken som försvann but it is in swedish. this is not a download link it is WordPress

I see no problem in creating a GitHub account and posting it there. There are thousands of scripts posted on GitHub in many different languages, including batch files. Anyone can then look at your code before downloading it, people can give you stars if they think it's worthy, and they can open issues if there's a problem or feature request.

But I would also add that batch files have too many limitations and you should instead write your game as a web page (i.e. using HTML/CSS/JavaScript). That will be a little more difficult, but very much worthwhile and it will be, by its nature, shareable.

Just to clarify, that link takes you to a WordPress site which then includes a link to download the batch file game.

I downloaded it and looked at the code. It's safe and well written. I like that it's old-school batch and doesn't try to do anything that isn't a good fit for a batch file.

I don't speak Swedish, so I couldn't really play it. From what I saw, both looking at the code and running it, I'd say that it would be easy to convert to a web page. That would be the smart thing to do. Anyone can then just directly play it and no one has too worry if it's a Trojan Horse.

The biggest problem I've found with sharing a batch file with friends, etc., is that they are considered by most email servers as 'Executable' files that could be viruses, etc.
And the Servers won't let any Executable file pass. Even zipping the file usually doesn't work.
My only quick solution has been to send someone the Text to my batch file, with instructions on how to turn it from a screen full of text, to a working Batch File.

Or, in one case, I put the batch file on a CD and mailed it to them.

Games in batch language? It's been done before, just not very often lately.

The OP already found a solution by making it available as a zip download from a WordPress page. I think it would have been better to post it to GitHub, but whatever.
