I recently updated to Windows 11 on my new gaming PC. Based on the specs I thought it would be a screamer. Then while just perusing web pages I noticed how sluggish it was. As I dug further I found out about "efficiency mode". I can temporarily turn it off, but it keeps restarting.
I read several posts on the matter. None seem to fill the bill. Can someone point me to something that works?
