How do I permanently disable efficiency mode for my Brave browser?

Windows 11 Pro
I recently updated to Windows 11 on my new gaming PC. Based on the specs I thought it would be a screamer. Then while just perusing web pages I noticed how sluggish it was. As I dug further I found out about "efficiency mode". I can temporarily turn it off, but it keeps restarting.

I read several posts on the matter. None seem to fill the bill. Can someone point me to something that works?

Any Help here?

Thanks for the link. Does anybody here notice or experience any negative side effects by using the registry tweak in that link?

Software\Policies\Chromium\HighEfficiencyModeEnabled

This policy enables or disables the High Efficiency Mode setting. This setting makes it so that tabs are discarded after some period of time in the background to reclaim memory. If this policy is unset, the end user can control this setting in chrome://settings/performance.
