How do I remove Right-click > New > Context Menu Items?

How can I remove New Context Menu Items in Windows? I used this tutorial from the Windows 10 forum to make this reg file:

After using the reg file, all of them apart from the Contact and Access Database ones reappear again after a few seconds. The tutorial doesn't mention anything about this problem, so I am assuming that Windows 11 does something different.

Is there any way to get rid of these? I have too many of them in the menu and I never need to use these ones, so I would like to remove them.

Download ShellNewHandler for free. ShellNewHandler is an Open-Source Tool to enable/disable ShellNew entries, aka New File context menu entries from Windows Explorer in Vista and Windows 7. Check or uncheck items to enable a desktop right-click context menu item.

Standalone app. Run as administrator. It's an old app but it worked for me for most of the ones I didn't want.. Except if you use Google Drive. It will not get rid of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.They always come back.

Oh yeah, I remember reading about the Google Drive thing a while back. I think this program must be just like NirSoft ShellMenuNew which I have tried before. I only found my Notion notes on this problem after making my post. I think the Bitmap template always come back whatever you do.

Removing "Text Document"' from 'New' context menu...

Hi I know there has been a thread about this, but it is now closed. I used the 2 tweaks to remove BMP and TXT from my Right click context menu in New and it worked fine. Today I noticed they came back, I ran the tweaks again and the BMP disappeared but TXT (text document is still there even...
