You can look for the "Installed Updates" GUID in either key below, and delete it to remove it.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace

Found it. Here's the REG file below to merge and remove it. You'll need to either refresh (F5) or close and reopen File Explorer afterwards to see the change.
