In regedit, you can delete the following entry: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\{C539A15A-3AF9-4c92-B771-50CB78F5C751}

Thank you for your effort. Sounds like it should have worked, but alas, it did nothing. And now I have SuperAntiSpyware on the context menu too. Unrelated to the failed regedit. I want to get rid of both.

Following......How did/do you get that Context Menu? Right Click Desktop? It's possible you have multiple other entries I normally don't see.

Look for the same entry and delete it from any of the following locations (as well as any other entries you don't want):

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Not only did those get rid of the Acronis entry, but I deleted other similar-looking keys and got rid of the Anti spyware entry too!!! Now my context menu looks like this:

You're most welcome. Have a very Happy New Year.

You might want to make a note of that list of key locations. Some of those context entries will reappear after app updates.
