I tried as in the picture to select all files and want to add same word test and leave rest of the name as it is number then .cbr but did not work, any ideas ?

Try simply ^ as the regexp search string. But the free version of Renamer is so much better than that PowerToy looks to be:

only ^ ? nothing else ? I tried and it did not work. I am using power toys as it has other tools.

Works in Renamer. Are you sure you left "Use regular expressions" checked? BTW, Renamer also has things like "Insert" with flexible position options, so that you don't even need to fool with regexps for this task.

Renamer also made with Delphi my favourite programming language , this is why it is cool

:) You can even include your own Pascal Script in the replacement actions, though I don't believe I've ever needed to.

It's got a lot of nice features. The ability to define up to five rules in the free version makes it easier to do a complex rename, as it allows you to break it up into distinct steps. Be sure to click on the icon to the right of replacement fields to see the "meta tags" you can use in the replacements. In particular, the File_FolderName tag has come in handy for me.
