MS Teams is becoming a core application and these can be deeply rooted into OS. You never know when you might need it especially when working from home.

I would just disable it starting in Task Manager and leave it alone. The problem with using powershell to remove core apps is sometimes you cannot reinstate when you find yiu do not need it.

I really do not buy the argument that it saves space (except for low end emmc devices perhaps) as most pcs have masses of space these days.

I find MS Teams to be a complicated mess..., I have no need or desire to learn how to use it properly.
Furthermore, I have a reasonable suspicion that, even though some apps are suspended in the background, they may still be phoning home.

You can probably use winget to uninstall teams as well. If you do winget list, it will show what software is installed on your system.

Teams/ skype both installed and ms activates teams in action center
MS is well known to putting items in your face so you can find them easily
Problem is removing easily well ms did allow removal in all apps for teams and I believe skype so shouldn't be a big deal to get either back.

Problem is zoom is more popular now days.

Heck I accidentally removed terminal all I had to do is reinstall it
Not sure why I did it stinks with it's silly multiple paste line warnings you must click past and even closing terminal you get multiple tabs closing bs too lol
Default is power shell anyway so might as well just use the source as admin it's on context menu already along with cmd as admin.
