How resolve BTHUSB EVENT 7 issue

Hi All

I'm using a DELL Inspirion 5491 2n1 laptop with Windows 11. Few days back my laptop's BT is disappearing 2-3 secs and reappearing. (it is extermly annoying when you are using a bluetooth mouse) When I checked the event viewer following event was there. DELL support was not helpful at all regarding the this issue. Hope someone can help me out.

Hi and welcome to the forum..
My best guess is it's due to an issue with the driver. This has been an issue with 11 and drivers due to the fact it's so new and drivers are not up to date for it.
Check the MFG site and see if there are 11 drivers available.

Driver is up to date and there is no new updates in DELL site.

Just one quick question.. are you using the Win 11 driver? If you are never mind.

Latest BT driver and BIOS are installed. But, the issue is same.
