This new contextmenu ( right-click ) is called ; " Edit with notepad " , it comes with latest notepad-update from the store.
Im using notepad , works fine , HOW ( ??) to get rid of this ( unwanted) contextmenu-item ??
Previous versions did not interfere in contextmenu , so I cant update it anymore............:what:

But the easiest way would be to uninstall Notepad and to use 3rd party alternative.

How to block an app from updating from the store ?
Did you try any of the registry trick(s) described in:

I use this one:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\WindowsStore]
"AutoDownload"=dword:00000002
And never get any app updates at all!
Which is how I like it, as I seldomly use Windows Apps.
