How to change the boot screen wallpaper?

Hello,

I remember there was a utility that changed the Windows 7 boot screen wallpaper, would like to do this on Windows 11. Does anything similar exist for Windows 11 or do I have to change the resources in some .dll's directly? And if it's the later, what .dll would that be?

Please, if anyone has any knowledge about this, your help will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know of any utilities that currently work in W11.
Used to do it manually cuz we could!
Complicated process now, for 3 or 4 seconds of thrill! 🤷‍♂️

Most motherboard manufacturers that are for custom builds offer it. I am not aware of any oem boards that offer this feature.

Thank you for the response but would like to know the process still if possible. I want every thing my way down to last detail.

Thank you. Very good enhancement but doesn't include modding the boot screen. May be something else exist?
