How to check event settings for Wi-Fi disconnection times and reasons?

Is there a way to go into the event settings to see what time my Wi-Fi turned off and why? How is this done?

In the Taskbar search box, type: Reliability Monitor

You can click on an Event in the Reliability Monitor, and get details.

Please clarify. Is you wi-fi adapter actually tuning off or are you just losing(dropping) internet connection. There's a big difference in the 2.
