I have a 25GB file I use for testing some network problems. It's essentially a single record - just a single 25GB block of unformatted data. (It's a Veracrypt container.) It's in a folder containing no other files.
If I use File Explorer to copy the folder to a NAS, the copy on the NAS shows as 25GB even if the copy dies way before completing. (In my latest test File Explorer hung claiming 39% had been copied.) Is there any way to determine how much was actually copied?
