Periodically I see an empty rectangle in the right corner, which detracts me.

It is always empty, with no content.

I tried to disable notifications, but every time I turn off the switch, it comes back to "on" when I open this window.
What should I do?

You can turn on Focus assist allows you to avoid distracting notifications when you need to stay focused, and is set by default to activate automatically under certain conditions.

Or simply turn off Notifications in Settings, it should never keep coming back :)
Make sure you are turning off Notifications 100% and not for just some apps.

I posted the screenshot above. If I turn it off, and re-enter the settings, it is again "on". No way to disable.
