I wish it was so simple, Winaero Tweaker does not address this.

I've yet to look through the latest Edge Policies to see if I can find anything in there. One would think there was or does this popup appear on terminals in the work place as well?

As far as I know, Winaero tweaker can stop that and a whole lot of other Edge annoyances. Maybe not, not at my PC
