How to duplicate "⭐ Quick Access" category folder?

I use Windows 11 Home.
I want to duplicate this because I have another disk drive thingy as well, One for games and one for other stuff etc.
I know how to create a library but I want to be able to create another category alike " Quick Access"
and not just a sub-category one what is used for creating a library, So how do I do this?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, what you want to do is have the folders on multiple disks grouped together under a separate entry in the quick access section of file explorer. The quickest way I can think of to do it is make a folder somewhere named "Quick Access" or whatever. I would put it on my desktop myself, as it will keep you from opening file explorer every time. Inside that folder, place shortcuts to the folders and/or drives to want easy access to. Then Pin the "Quick Access" folder to Quick Access menu in file explorer by right clicking on it and select 'pin to quick access'.

I don't know of any native way to do what you want. I'm sure some third party app could accomplish it but I'm not familiar with any particular ones.
Those 2 quick access have identical folders and appear to be some sort of anomaly. Why would one want the same things twice. As for what I suggested here's an article. How to Customize Quick Access Folders in Windows 11
It shows how to utilize the existing quick access to show the folders one wants, not build another one.

AFAIK no program exists that can do exactly what you have described, as I have never seen the Quick Access feature appear twice within the same File Explorer window, but I wrote a pair of scripts (using VBScript) that let you export/import the folderspecs of the pinned folders to/from a simple textfile so its contents can be edited with notepad.

It works for mapped drives and Network Locations also. The only time when it doesn't work (and that I am aware) is when you try to import an item that doesn't exist on the computer. Like, for example, if you try to import (pin to Quick Access) an UNC network path that doesn't exist as an item under Network Locations in This PC, then it just aborts itself, without giving an error message. lol

If the left part of a folderspec matches the path that's in the %USERPROFILE% environment variable for the current user (typically this will be C:\Users\username), then it will substitute that automatically. So, basically, you could decide to edit the textfile and copy-paste %USERPROFILE%\Desktop, %USERPROFILE%\Downloads, %USERPROFILE%\Documents, etc. before using notepad's ability to Find and Replace so that the lines that you have pasted will then become, for example, D:\Users\username2\Desktop, D:\Users\username2\Downloads, D:\Users\username2\Documents, etc..
So then you would get something that would look like this:
