How to Edit Context Menu?

Windows 20 pro and Windows 11 pro Insider
I'm looking or a way to edit the Windows 11 Insider Preview shortcuts context menu. The items I usually use on the context menus are on the second page ("More options"). I would like to delete a few items and rearrange the list so my most used are near the top.
In the past I use CCleaner but didn't want to install on my Win 11 OS.

Not sure it can be done so far on win 11 unless it is added by the Dev's of the software then it will end up as cluttered as before unless we get a way to edit it.

I agree - most of the options I want to use are on the second level. Another daft design decision by MS.

I do not think customisation is available for the new context menu as of yet, best thing you can do is maybe default to the extended (full) context menu?

You can do this with an AHK script:

Here is an example:

#NoTrayIcon
#IfWinActive ahk_class ExploreWClass
#z::
#IfWinActive ahk_class CabinetWClass
#z::
RButton::
Send, +{F10}
return
#IfWinActive
return

Could the script you suggested be executed with a .bat file?

I would be lying to you if I gave you a definite answer. I spent hours on Google trying to find a hack to avoid the new context menu as it always looked a bit too big IMO and it affected my productivity from time to time. After hours of searching, everything pointed me towards AHK.

Just a quick explanation, the script simulates Shift+F10 whenever you press RMB (although it can yield undesired results at times). So, I doubt that it would work in a .bat file as the script always has to be running for it to do what it does. I am by no means a computer (or code) whizz, and I am pretty sure someone will offer you a better solution eventually. I just shared that because it (kind of) worked for me.

Understanding of why there are 2 levels of this right click menu is completely beyond my grasp. :unsure:

Nové kontextové menu Windows 11 mi vyhovuje, je přehledné a bez balastu různých aplikací. Chybí mi ale funkce „zkopírovat do“ a „přesunout do“. Položky můžete přidávat přes registry, ale pouze do klasické kontextové nabídky. Je možné přidat tyto dvě položky do nové nabídky? Děkuji

The new context menu of Windows 11 suits me, is clear and without the ballast of various applications. But I miss the "copy to" and "move to" functions. You can add items via the registries, but only to the classic context menu. Is it possible to add these two items to the new menu? Thank you
