Windows 11 Pro; 21H2, Build 22000.1281
Window 11, 22H2, Build 22621.819.
I am trying to remove "Edit" from Explorer context menu that is connected to C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsNotepad_11.2209.6.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Notepad\Notepad.exe. I have searched the registry and cannot find the source of it.

You could try:
Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\text\shell\edit

not sure if it pertains to the UWP Notepad app, though!

That is the %SystemRoot%\system32\NOTEPAD.EXE, not the new one.

Did you disable/uninstall that feature?
I renamed the app and it gave me an error when I tried to use "Edit".

Naw, don't do that, that's not gonna work!
You obviously, according to your screenshot, want to use Notepad2 and want to get rid of the Edit menu entry...,
so, disable classic Notepad via Optional features..., uninstall the Store Notepad, and you should be golden!
