How to enable Wifi in safe mode ?

Yeah it was more of an FYI for future reference kinda thing, I know some peoples were working fine and others werent that was all. Was just so we know sometimes its gonna work and others it not gonna work lol.

Wi-Fi in safe mode only works on some systems.

I don't know if it's sadly or gladly that Wi-Fi in safe mode doesn't work on all systems. From what I have found is that it's for security. I would like to be able to choose if I can access Wi-Fi in safe mode or not. With a little regret I can go with knowing that it might help others that don't know enough about security. I don't like it, but I can see the need.
