you'd need a PCIE to MiniPCIE bridge card... probably more expensive than you want to spend

I don't think you can connect that network card on PCI-E 2.0 and 3.0 as your motherboard have, and the network card needs 1× PCI Express 2.1 x 1, 1× RJ45 Gigabit/Megabit Port

If you check the pin-out... all the different PCIe slots start the same at the left end of the slot.

Generally, PCI revisions are backwards compatible. This means that older PCI(e) cards can be used in newer PCI(e) slots e.g. PCIe 2.0 card in a PCIe 3.0 slot. However, a few caveats should be noted: Older PCI(e) cards will not be able to access the full bandwidth of the newer PCI(e) slot.

Top slot is blocked by my oversized CPU cooler
2nd slot is blocked by my GPU and if I try to put it in that, I know one of the fans wont work
3rd one has my WiFi 7 card

PCIe x4, x8 and x16 all have PCIe x1 pin-out at the far left end of the slot.
So you can use any of the slots.

The PCIe slots are the one thing that got standardized, properly. :-)

Reminds me of my X99 dilemma. Thunderbolt only works in slot #2 which is completely covered by the GFX card. Optimum placement for GFX card is in slot #1 consequently blocking slot #2. Regardless of the fact that I have 7 slots and 40 lanes of bandwidth because of the CPU architecture I lose performance if I move my GFX card. If it were me I'd prob just eliminate the WiFi card or pop it in a riser cable. Nah, I don't do WiFi. I'd eliminate the card.
