How to increase Notepad scrollbar width

I saw the tweak to increase the width of scrollbars through the registry but the Notepad app's scroll bar seems to be independent. The scrollbar's width is so tiny and annoying. Is there a way to make it wider?

Try using Wordpad instead of Notepad. Wordpad's scroll bar size follows the registry setting.

You're right. Notepad scrollbar widths are independent of the scrollbar registry tweaks. The Notepad scrollbar width is tiny.
Some things in Windows 11 are too big, and some are too small.

If the scrollbars on Notepad were any narrower, I'd have to use binoculars to see them.

I use Classic Notepad instead of the Notepad app.
There you don't have the scrollbar problem:

A disadvantage of the classic notepad is that CTRL Z only functions one level.

I had to use the registry method (Method 2) to restore Classic Notepad.
