Is it possible to install apk in windows 11? There's an app I want to use but its not on Google Play store.

Side load apps onto WSA

One of the key issues with the new Windows Subsystem For Android is that it uses a cutdown version of the Amazon Appstore, and the apps are nearly all games geared for children (and MS Development Team LOL) and there is very little of use to anybody over 12 years old. After a bit of googling...

You can sideload apk on android if they are not on google play store. Doesn't have to be on Windows.
