How to install WinRAR for all users in audit mode?

Windows 11 v.21H2 build 22000.978

I have this system installed on a VMware workstation in audit mode.
If I install WinRar and use this command:
C:\Windows\System32\Sysprep\sysprep.exe /generalize /oobe

The operation fails with this error:

How to install Winrar for all users in audit mode? After uninstalling WinRar, Sysprep works. Thank you for answer.

Windows 10 does not generate this error.

So solved, I had to uncheck "integrate WinRar into Windows" in the settings. I have to set it up after installing the modified system.

But it would still be good to fix this error. Everything is fine in windows 10. It only happens with Wndows 11 in audit.

The error is not WinRAR install, but WinRAR shellextension (right click menu of mouse). The problem is new entries in the new right-click menu. The solution is:

Open PowerShell and write this:

get-appxpackage *winrar.shellextension* | remove-appxpackage

and press Enter

To make sure everything went well, right click on a file and see if WinRAR is gone from new menu of right click Windows 11
