How to permanently disable Handsfree Telephony for a bluetooth device in Windows 11?

I try to disable handsfree telepnony on my headphones TaoTronis, deselecting the option, see my image, but every time i restart computer this option comeback enable.
How can disable permanently

I´m tired of the same thing with my boose headphones in some games etc handsfree telephony makes the sound wery bad.
would be nice to permanent disble it.
