How to prevent automatic drive encryption in Windows 11?

So I was able to complete the In-Place Upgrade from my damaged Windows 11 Pro 24H2 to the new Windows 11 Pro 24H2, but because I have TPM and SecureBoot disabled I couldn't use the default Windows Multi ISO, SO I had to modify one and removed the TPM and SecureBoot requirements and I was able to mount and run the Windows 11 Multi ISO and complete the repair.

Everything was saved, it did not add anything else, all my programs, files, modifications were left as-is, game saves, and some system settings.

now after doing the repair i have the KB5062553 installed and no issues with lag or stuttering at all.

If you did a clean install using MS MCT it probably has Device encryption.

Er, nope. No option in Security settings
