How To Remove Copilot Preview?

Well I updated my system to 23H2 and Copilot Preview keeps appearing now on my taskbar. Even after removing the icon it keeps returning. Now from what I can tell Copilot is not running but it is in Program File\WindowsApps which I cannot access or change permissions. Now my question is, can I delete all to Copilot files because it dose not show up in any of my uninstallers. I know if I delete them I most likely will f^#* myself over. Or do I have to revert back to 22H2? I found all the files using Everything. Here's a pic of some of the files.

I ran the download file from step #2 and Copilot is gone from taskbar settings. But the files for Copilot are still on my system and I do not like that. There must be a way to completely remove Copilot without reverting back to 22H2.

Currently in 23H2, all you can do is disable Copilot.
