How to reorder drive letter

I have SSD, HDD, BD, & USB drives showing in windows explorer.
They are all mixed up
See my screen shot
I want to re-order them in a coherent fashion for me.
I would like SDD then all the HDD's, next BD/DVD, last all the USB's.
I'm not worried about the order in Disk Management. (that is MB controlled)
Just want some order in File Explorer.
Suggestions, links, etc.?

On the right of File Explorer or left?

The only way I know of to reorder the drives is via Disk Management by changing the drive letters.
The only other way I know is to add them to Quick Access where your Use Folders are on the top left, but that wont change them anywhere else.
I have not ever come across a hack that enabled dragging or sorting drives outside of the changing of drive letters or using quick access on the left of file explrer.

If you change the drive letters for the ROMS, that will at least move them to the end in File Explorer if you assign letters like “R” & “S”

I looked at that thread but did not see a link to the registry key that needed to be added to remove duplicate letters in the left side payne. Just others uploads. Could you kindly repost here?

I'm sorry the right side is what I started this thread about.
I do not mind using Disk Manager to change drive letters.
If I remove all HDD's in DM, I think the other drives BD/DVD & USB automatically 'move up' then I can't put HDD's to D, E, F G, etc.
Any additional thoughts?

Plug in all your usb drives. Open Disk Management. Change drive letters one at a time IN THIS ORDER EXACTLY to end up with everything in the order you want.
Right click on existing drive letter and select "change drive letters and paths".
Select Change. Use drop arrow to select new drive letter. OK.
If you get to one that won't assign the new drive letter, I've made a mistake. Take another screenshot of This PC and let me know. You may want the HDDs in a different order.
1. H to P
2. I to Q
3. N to R
4. O to S
5. F to I
6. J to F
7. G to J
8. K to G
9. L to H
10. P to K
11. Q to L
12. R to M
13. S to N
