Solved How to set snipping tool program to open with windows + prt sc?

A few months ago, I was able to have the snipping tool program open with windows + prt sc but recently my windows got corrupt.
I reinstalled windows and now when I click windows + prt sc, it takes a screenshot without opening snipping tool.

How can I change this back?

I dont use the snipping tool and my system is set up to use screenpresso so I can't really test, but a quick check in the settings looks like you can toggle the print screen button to use the snipping tool.
