I'm setting up Windows 11 and I tried the oobe/bypassnro command after pressing Shift + F10 to open command prompt. The command didn't work. Apparently oobe is not a function or something anymore. So I tried ending the Network Connection Flow task in Task Manager. That also did not work. I can just tether my phone, but I'm worried that explorer.exe might start crashing again, and someone had mentioned that they thought this was because of OneDrive (Link). I thought that if I set everything up offline, OneDrive wouldn't be an immediate issue, and I could disable all the OneDrive stuff because I don't use it anyway.
Thank you!
