Hello,
with Parallels, I can use both Apple's and Microsoft's Voice Typing technology. My first impression was that at least for German, MS was slightly superior.
To trigger MacOS voice typing, I can conveniently double-press Fn to start and stop.
I know Win-H is the shortcut for windows, but I would like to ask if there is a way to trigger (start / stop) windows voice typing by double pressing CTRL?
Thank you!
I have found this
but I am not a huge fan of autohotkey -- is anyone aware of alternative methods? (else I might well use AHK)

You can set it up so that voice dictation launches whenever you put your cursor in a text dialog.

Hello, thank you, yes, I know this option but could not see the advantage? It would just show that annoying little launcher app all the time that blocks the view, yet I still have to click it, or press ctrl-h. Why would I use the launcher if pressing ctrl-h is still faster than moving the cursor to that little button? Or am I missing something?

Thank you. I think I will look into AHK (also with capslock) again. It used to work well back then, actually. (I don*t use a mouse)
