Unless HP made two different version of my laptop the memory is under the battery. Any time I want or need to open up a laptop I always check for how-to videos on my model.

I was just checking the Bios to see if I needed to change any settings. There are no settings for the memory. I tried setting a password thinking more options might show but that didn't do anything. I cleared the password before I exited.
