Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 21H2 Build 22000.675
I have a HP Officejet Pro 6968. I'm running Windows 11 Pro. The printing works fine. If I try to use the computer HP scan I get this message. The HP Officejet Pro 6960 was not found. If I click on the Twain UtilityUI and select source then select HP Officejet Pro 6960 Twain 21(32-32) then press select I get open Data source failed. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the software with no luck. This also happens on my other computer. Any help here?
